PIRAMID, PT. was founded by dedicated personnel who have had many years career on some of the world’s largest cruise liner and has acquired extensive experience in providing crews for the cruise industry and reliable company. 

PIRAMID, PT. provides the highest qualified Indonesian crew for ocean-going vessel, satisfying the needs and requirements of ship owners/operators in the global maritime market.

SERVICES

PIRAMID, PT. offers an ideal agency for hiring/training/document processing   of crew for the Principals' convenience and verification. Some process being done in crewing/manning are:
  1. Sourcing, recruiting and screening of all ranks for specific types of vessels.    
  2. Arranging pre-employment formalities & documentation. They are bearers of valid passports with seaman’s book, and IMO, ILO, and STCW’95 convention as amended.
  3. Obtaining all necessary travel documents for engaged crew.

PROCEDURE

  1. SELECTION
    To guarantee that deployed crew members have good level of English and skilful. PIRAMID, PT., have a very strictly screening process as follows :
    • Pre interview 
    • Marlin test 
    • Practical 
  2. TRAINING PROGRAM
    The candidates who have passed the screening selection is compulsory to join the training in our training center to draw up them familiar with work atmosphere before embark on board.
  3. MEDICAL CLEARANCE
    To comply the regulation of anyone employed or engaged on a seagoing ship have medical certificate attesting fitness for work, we conduct the medical clearance before embarkation to ensure that only physically and psychologically qualified seafarers are sent to the vessels. These exams include alcohol and drug screening programs to ensure that all seafarers are free from any addictions. 
  4. POLICE CLEARANCE
    Due to increasing demands for personnel of safe integrity, the police clearance certificate must be present to verification the candidates have never conduct injustice crime and misdemeanours.
  5. INSURANCE
    PIRAMID, PT. has established cooperation with insurance company to protect the seafarer from the risk of casualties, accident and incident.
  6. FINANCIAL
    PIRAMID, PT. opposes the exploitation to the candidates to have an effect on crummy performance of working on board. There no costs until candidate’s certainty selected for embarkation, when administration fee is charged. 


CRUISE SHIP AND HOTEL TRAINING CENTER


PIRAMID “Cruise Ship and Hotel Training Center” carry out adapted training course enabling candidates to truly understand before traveling. We are very truly pays attention to the quality of its services, we have full size Cruise ship and Hotel Training Center with mock up cabin, restaurant, bar and other similar set up to come as close to the real working aboard a cruise ship. 

The training programs reach the following goals:
  • Knowledge of required tasks and duties before embark on board.
  • Successful training in compliance with international safety standards.
  • Understanding of Hygiene and Sanitation with USPHS standard regulations.
